I tried to leave you a whole pie so I could show you a picture but it just was too compelling to eat most of this on the ride home. Each bite called for another! I had the Zucca with caramelized onions, basil, ricotta, mozz, and zucchini. Truly delicate crust (think fatter Nan bread), good quality oil and tasty zucchini.

Biago— you’re the one Ive been waiting for!

    Went back several times and the consistency is not there just yet. thicker crust, oily, I hope they can maintain the great pie we had earlier on.
